Luminous Lens Photography offers a range of professional photography services, including but not limited to: wedding photography, portrait photography, event photography, commercial photography, real estate photography, and headshot photography. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding our services, but we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
All photography sessions must be booked in advance through our Contact page or by calling us at (828) 555-0122. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the date of your scheduled photography session. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Pricing for our services is subject to change without notice, but we will honor the price quoted at the time of booking, provided the booking is confirmed with a deposit.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your photography session, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the deposit. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests. However, rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Luminous Lens Photography retains all copyright and ownership rights to the photographs taken during your session. You will receive a limited license to use the photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes sharing the images on social media, printing them for personal display, and creating photo albums or gifts. You are not permitted to use the photographs for commercial purposes, such as advertising or resale, without our express written consent. We also reserve the right to use the photographs for our own promotional purposes, including on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials.

Luminous Lens Photography is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during a photography session, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. We recommend that you obtain appropriate insurance coverage to protect against any potential risks. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the photography session.
Edited, high-resolution images will be delivered to you via a secure online gallery within 4-6 weeks of your photography session. You will have the ability to download the images to your computer or mobile device. We recommend that you back up your images to multiple locations to prevent loss or damage. We are not responsible for the loss of images once they have been delivered to you.
By engaging Luminous Lens Photography’s services, you grant Eleanor Vance Photography LLC permission to capture your likeness and image in photographs and videos. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you also grant us the right to use these images and videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Asheville, North Carolina.
